Return and Refund Policy – Kenvori

Kenvori is an online store specialized in technology products. Our priority is to provide a safe and transparent shopping experience for all customers.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving their order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in good condition.
- Include its original accessories when applicable.
- Not show damage caused by improper use, modifications, or incorrect handling.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a defective product, a product damaged during transportation, or a product different from the one ordered, they must contact Kenvori within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs to verify the issue.
After reviewing the case, Kenvori may offer a replacement, reshipment, or full refund, as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is requested by the customer and the product is not defective, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a Kenvori error or a defective product, Kenvori will cover the reasonable costs associated with resolving the issue.
Refunds
Once the request has been approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear will depend on the customer's financial institution and payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, this Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Non-Eligible Products
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Products used or damaged by the customer.
- Products modified after delivery.
- Products showing normal wear and tear.
